The '''Cangrejos Trust''' built and maintained nether rail lines across the server from 2016 to 2017. Construction dates on maintenance signs: Purpur Line (May 11, 2016), NRTH Hub Connection (Oct 16, 2016), Mystery Way (Jan 5, 2017), Ryan Mesa Way (Mar 3, 2017).

[[RyanPhantom]] was a tenant and Trust co-member. He built '''ARADIO Central Radio Station''' (121.0 FM, Est. 6/8/15) in the Town Plaza and operated the Red Line to [[Aradia]]. [[La Guancha (Zothique)|La Guancha]] occupies r.0.4, approximately 800 metres south of Cangrejos proper (~490, 65, 2075). It is a recreation of the Cabo Rojo coastline of Puerto Rico.
