The Civic Quarter is the governmental and public-services district of Ravenport, the capital city of Bankrekka. It encompasses Ravenport Plaza, the TrainCarts station, the Ravenwood Post Office, the admin complex, and Calronia Arena.

Ravenport Plaza[edit]

The civic heart of Ravenport. Founded February 5, 2022 — the earliest confirmed founding date for the city itself. Sign at (−551, 65, 119): "Ravenport Plaza — Feb. 5, 2022."

The plaza includes:

A maintenance room at (−593, 77, 191)
TELEPHONE booth at (−547, 66, 138) — a player-built communication fixture
Auctions Log at (−551, 65, 188) — city-wide auction records

Ravenport Station[edit]

The main TrainCarts rail terminal. First blocks laid May 7, 2022 (sign at −582, 72, 118). Ravenport Station is the largest transit hub in Bankrekka, with four confirmed outbound lines and a speed-controlled approach zone.

Ravenwood Post Office[edit]

Founded September 25, 2022 by CurlyBorly and SushiBaked. Located at (−586, 75, 183).

Features:

24 PO Boxes (Boxes 1–24) in the basement level
Staff-restricted main floor: "DO NOT ENTER — POST OFFICE PERSONNEL ONLY — THANK YOU!"
An affectionate note: "PLEASE DO NOT KILL ME! I am a friend :) thanks!" — a pet or NPC kept inside

The post office connects to the wider Bankrekka player community through its PO Box system, used for inter-player deliveries and correspondence.

Admin Complex[edit]

At (−609, 71, 109–135):

Admin Block — administrative hub
Megafurnace — mass smelting infrastructure
Warehouse — communal storage
XP Farm — experience grinding facility

Rail directions posted here confirm routes to New Archea, Lavendulia (right line), Civitas Fortuna, Reapertown, and the Eastern Line.

Calronia Arena[edit]

A PvP arena at (−613, 75, 120), directly adjacent to the admin complex. Named for Calronia, a settlement in r.-2.-2. Connection to the wider Bankrekka settlement network suggests the arena may host inter-city events.

Grid Mine[edit]

A systematic underground mining operation at (−606, 71, 147). Located directly beneath the admin complex. Supplies raw materials for city construction.

Grilled Cheese House[edit]

A player-invented holiday monument at (−571, 70–71, 23). Sign: "Grilled Cheese House — Built and dedicated on Grilled Cheese Day, 9/28/2023." The building was constructed and dedicated on the same day. See also: History & Events.
