Haven is the second city — described on its own posted signs as ''"a subsidiary of The Oasis Mining Company."'' Mayor: theoubre. Located at 1447–1529, 65–90, 907–1013 in region r.2.1, Haven was under active construction at the time of archival and seeking a Manager and Residents. Rental housing was operational at five gold ingots, eight iron ingots, or one diamond per plot.

The Haven Outpost in r.3.1 includes a Lookout Tower, a Fishing Dock, a Fountain of Haven, and district storage rooms. A sub-location within the outpost is called '''Soptunna''' — Swedish for "garbage bin."
