Withering Heights is a nether-aesthetic planned city at approximately X:1360, Z:−5520 in region r.2.−11 — a Purpur Line stop, accessible via the WIHI Hub (Withering Heights Interchange Hub) at nether X:57, Z:−551. It was founded as an Oasis Mining Co. project with formal building codes requiring nether brick as the primary material, fire and lava elements encouraged, and a posted animal code specifying that all animals within the city must be '''black or gray'''. Plots were reserved by contacting theoubre.

Free community supply chests stocked nether brick, nether wart block, soul sand, and magma at the city entrance. A diamond pickaxe in the deeper storage was named '''Oasis Mining Company'''.

The '''Nether Mob Arena''' ran from nether Z:−618 to −735 with north and south entrances. A road approach from the south passes through a Cangrejos x Oasis Mining outpost at X:1517, Z:−4798 (r.2.−10) and a roadside chapel called '''Capilla del Cristo''' at X:1495, Z:−4751.
