Cangrejos

Cangrejos is a major city-state in Zothique, spanning approximately 370–565, 65–100, 1800–2050 (regions r.0.3 and r.1.3). Founded by RyanPhantom circa 2015, Cangrejos was the dominant political and economic power in Zothique, operating the Cangrejos Trust — the infrastructure organisation responsible for building and maintaining most of the Nether Express transit network.

Overview

Cangrejos held a dominant position in Zothique's political landscape, self-styled as SPQR (Senatus Populusque Cangrejos, after the Roman Senate). The Cangrejos Trust maintained virtually all major Nether infrastructure, with construction dates stamped on maintenance signs across the network between 2016–2017. A First Bank of Cangrejos handled inter-city currency exchange, and the city maintained an active Metro system, shopping district, casino, nightclub, and public radio station.

Cangrejos is connected by underground rail north to The Oasis and Desovar, and south to further city-states. Its territory marker was observed as far west as approximately x:2 in the overworld (1reland border at ~2, 78, 1908).
