The city is managed by TheWanderingFool and is served by the Darkside Line from the Zothique Nether Hub. It sits adjacent to Sophie's Pony Shaq, the premier horse trading operation in Zothique.

Emerald City is a northern commercial hub, notable for its laid-back civic rules:

Plots cost 32 coal for the first plot, 32 diamonds for each additional. Height limit is 16 blocks; no floor limit. Players must notify TheWanderingFool before making changes to existing buildings. Lot payments go into a deposit box at 372, 64, -151.
The city spans from approximately z:-100 to z:-240, with the main commercial street running along Emerald City Way.
