Rainbow District
Rainbow District is a zothique-era city district at approximately 497, 83, 469, managed by Rottorz.
Overview
A planned urban district with strict residency rules governing all construction and behaviour. Rottorz enforced:
- No PVP within the district
- Buildings must be mob-proofed
- One build at a time per resident
- Terrain changes require approval
- Plots may be forfeited after one month of inactivity
A railroad map at the district center showed all compass directions, with lines running to Desovar (north), Rushmore (east), Twin Pines (west), and The Oasis / Haven / Cangrejos (south).
