Diaspora

Diaspora was a Ravenkraft world active during November 2019 – 2021.

Overview[edit]

A spiritual successor to Ravenkraft, launched on Minecraft 1.14 by ComradeFeliks and Wizardofire to preserve the community's culture through the server's dormant years. The spawn capital was New Ravenport, with known settlements including New Feronia.

New Ravenport[edit]

The spawn capital of Diaspora. Coordinates not yet confirmed via region scan (spawn region is active/locked on the Dev server). Home to community infrastructure including an enchantment library and XP farm.

New Feronia[edit]

Coords: ~2752, 76, 2201 (Train Central)

A Nordic-themed city-state founded in July 2020. Signs on buildings record exact founding dates — most structures were built July–August 2020, with a few additions into 2021.

Canadian Village[edit]

Built by justin1423. Features a Villager Library — a collection of written books accessible to players. Book title on file: "Canadian Village."

PvP Arena[edit]

Coords: 488, 74, −1787

A class-based team PvP arena with four selectable roles: Tank, Assault, Sniper, and Shotgun. Two teams (Red and White) each have three spawn points with class selection rooms. When a player dies, their items scatter across the map. Multiple guide books explain the rules and mechanics.

Notes[edit]

When the 1.18 world launched in 2022, the server rebranded back to the Ravenkraft name. ComradeFeliks later recalled: Its been a long time coming but Ravenkraft is back.
