• First House in New Feronia — (2786, 73, 2161): "First House in New Feronia — Built by Lime_net — 4th of July 2020."
• Multiple personal homes dated July 2020 through January 2021
• Lime_net Citrus Inn — (2749, 66, 2291); established January 19, 2021. Named after the builder.
• Contributed the sorting system: "Riv Ner, Klar med sorterings systemet" (Ready with the sorting system).

Lime_net's builds span the widest date range of any New Feronia resident (July 2020 – June 2021), indicating long-term involvement in the settlement's development.
