New Birdshitopia is MickyMack's named claim on the Bankrekka map. The name is not a placeholder or a working title. It is the name.
MickyMack is a Diaspora-era veteran who returned to the server when ComradeFeliks and Wizardofire sent the revival invite. New Birdshitopia represents his foothold in the Bankrekka era — a settlement staked out by someone who has been here before, left, come back, and named a place accordingly.
