Ravenport is the capital city of Bankrekka, the current survival world of the Ravenkraft Network. Founded in early 2022 by Wizardofire and ComradeFeliks, it is the primary transit hub, player economy centre, and civic heart of the server.

The city occupies region r.-2.0 at coordinates −730, 143, 120 — built atop a prominent hilltop at y=143. A full NBT scan of the region recovered 675 signs across more than 500 blocks of built territory.

Founding

Ravenport has two documented foundation events:

February 5, 2022 — Ravenport Plaza established. Considered the civic founding date.
May 7, 2022 — Ravenport Station first blocks laid.

An older "Est. Jan 16½ 2020" sign at (−548, 67, 73) likely marks a structure or shop carried over from Alpha Centauri IV before Bankrekka's launch. bhelley's Store opened February 3, 2022 — two days before the Plaza's formal founding, making it one of the earliest confirmed commerce fixtures.

Street System

Main Street — "Number 1 Main St." at (−530, 69, 0). Runs along the Z=0 corridor.
Ravenport Avenue — numbered east–west road. "1907 E Ravenport Ave." documented at (−654, 91, 47).

Commerce District

The commerce district spans X −600 to −513, Z 0 to 220. It is organized into multiple sub-zones across several floors.

Ravenwood Post Office

Founded 09/25/2022 by CurlyBorly and SushiBaked. Located at (−586, 75, 183).

The post office includes 24 PO Boxes (Boxes 1–24) in the basement level. The main floor is staff-restricted: "DO NOT ENTER — POST OFFICE PERSONNEL ONLY — THANK YOU!" A polite note at (−584, 75, 183) reads: "PLEASE DO NOT KILL ME! I am a friend :) thanks!" — suggesting a pet or NPC inside.

Hell's Forge

At (−527–532, 57–64, 81–94) — a multi-level armorer and blacksmith. Signs:

The forge is located underground at y=57–64, adjacent to the Sewer Construction zone.

Zombie Villager Breeding Lab

At (−514 to −527, 53, 83–91) — a deep underground (y=53) mob containment and curing facility with labeled holding pens:

A player-run teleportation service at (−547/−575, 63–72, 70–72). Multi-step usage instructions: 1. Ask someone at spawn to press your button 2. Once summoned, grab a pearl from the barrel 3. Ensure trapdoor is open; face directly into the water 4. Must be crouching to work properly 5. Stream and throw pearl
