The Alpha Centauri Nether Hub, signposted in-world as Ravenport Enclosure (MAIN HUB), was the central nether wayfinding junction of Alpha Centauri. From one enclosure it routed travellers to more than two dozen overworld cities and outposts. It is the ancestor of the later Nether Express network of the Bankrekka era.

Layout[edit]

The hub centre is signed "Ravenport Enclosure (MAIN HUB)" (signs at -35,57,47 and -39,63,51-53). Sol Sanctum is signed separately as "(New Spawn)" — confirming it as the later spawn while Ravenport Enclosure remained the historical main hub.

Destinations[edit]

Signposted from the hub, verbatim: Midgardr; Old Spawn & Skylight; Exodus; Elysium; SABC; Warforge; Earth Portal; Ravenport / Ravensport; Little Serenity Island; New Serenity; Pandamonium; NPC; Lycket Ville; The Colony; UmieTown (GorkaMorka Ork Faction); Rio De Oro; Sol Sanctum; Archean Empire; City of Babel; Void; Isengard; Taconia; Koi; Province of Meropia; Stronghold; Solitude Outpost; SABC Pyramid / Great Pyramid ("see the Floor of Eyes"); Netherwart Farm; Mercantile Fortress; Fool's Inn & Pub; Leirnor VOID Castle; Fort Phantom; Twink's Brewing Room; Nether Transport Work Room (Staff Only); Archea; FET; RVN.

Wayfinding, not portals[edit]

The hub is a sign-based network built over plain obsidian portals — not registered world-portals. A modern portal query returns only a single registered portal for the alphac nether; the two dozen city connections exist only as signs and were recoverable only by scanning the region files. The routing was maintained by hand.

Three barter shops sit inside the enclosure, selling minecarts and a saddle (-56,42,11; -75,44,36; -75,43,36) — rail-support commerce beside the junction.

Community traces[edit]

Signs around the hub attribute work to wizardofire, Leirnor (road-building and a "VOID Castle" at -327,54,110), The Cakemaster ("Cakequest vII in the works"), Twink (a brewing room), Farlander, Dutch and others.

A cluster of Portuguese-language signs in the far west (-493..-473) marks a distinct non-English builder presence — "PROPRIEDADE ZARACAMBIO", "ZARASHOP", "Aqui Jaz ZARA <3".

Recurring VOID signage — "Avoid The Void! Down With Void!" (-127,46,126), "Leirnor VOID Castle", "AKA VOID KILLER" — suggests an in-world faction or rivalry centred on "Void".
